Meet the captain
EATERY
“Always ask about our fresh fish fillets! When we’re not out on charters, we’re working the sea commercially — catching mahi, wahoo, tuna, mackerel, and all kinds of snappers, from 15-foot shallows to over 1,000-foot depths.
During recreational trips, Puerto Rico’s fishing laws apply. Guests keep part of their catch, but if we reel in a big haul with many pounds of fish, the extra stays onboard helping us supply fresh fillets and support local fisheries research around the island”
